Refund Policy

By making a purchase of digital content on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy, of which this Refund Policy is a part.

Digital Content Refunds
Channel subscriptions or Pro Membership are non-refundable under any circumstances.

To avoid being billed again, we remind you that you can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date.

Private Digital Content Refunds
Donations you make to a content creator or payments you make to purchase private content from a content creator are non-refundable, except for content you pay directly to the content creator in which case you should discuss with the content creator outside our platform to know your refund policy.

Store Item Refunds (Physical Items)
Orders placed in our store are refundable within 14 days.

To receive your refund you must return the items purchased in their original packaging and without having been used, you will find more information in the Policies of our store.

Koomby reserves the right to refuse any refund if the item is found to be damaged or used.

The refund period is between 5 and 10 business days after confirmation of receipt of your order in our warehouses.

Digital content
As it is digital content with immediate delivery, there is no possibility of reimbursement except in cases of trial periods canceled before the deadline, in which case the payment will be reimbursed under the same conditions in which the payment was made.
